Our approach

Beyond coaching, from potential to talent

At Talentizzy®, we support individuals and organisations to address one the main challenge regarding talent management: remaining relevant. Both organisations and individuals would now gain to manage skills as follow : assess, shape (up-skill or re-skill) and start over.

Beyond coaching, our Test & Shape ® approach meets this need with its two-step process: TEST (assess potential & skills, define goals) and SHAPE (talent and skills management: upskilling, reskilling, talent growth).

Our interventions in companies are hand-stitched, our approach for individuals is adaptative to closely meet their needs.

Our consultants are all seasoned coaching professionals and rely on a solid professional practice, particularly in HR consulting, adults training, career guidance and HR management. In addition to being coaches, some of us are professional coaching trainers and supervisors since over 20 years. Having more than one string to their bow enables them to build adapted answers to each client's needs.

Our Test & Shape ® approach is a two-step process:

  • Test: a multidimensional and rigorous evaluation of your professional potential combining interviews and psychometric tests and questionnaires;

  • Shape : a tailor-made support to upskilling / reskilling of your skills combining coaching, training and/or consultancy phases.

Pragmatic and rigorous, our approach is based on the belief that talent is to a large extent built up, a resolutely Solution-Focused expertise and strong values: autonomy and respect for each client.

Our potential assessments integrate a selection of psychometric tests and questionnaires that are recognised worldwide and published by company such as Pearson, MHS, Saville, Myers-Briggs, Hogrefe, etc. Their use is strictly restricted to certified professionals. Our certifications to a wide range of psychometric tests and questionnaire tools (more than 100), enable us to meet accurately our clients’ needs.

What is a psychometric tool? Psychometry refers to the scientific measurement of psychological constructs. Tests and/or questionnaires have the following characteristics: they are administered, scored and interpreted in a standardised manner, they are reliable, valid and rigorously developed.

What is the difference between a test and a questionnaire?

Tests measure the level of performance of a subject in relation to a series of tasks (there are right and wrong answers). Skills can be assessed through tests. Questionnaires are self-assessments where there are no right or wrong answers. Personality can be assessed by questionnaires.

The reductionist risk inherent in the psychometric approach leads us to emphasise here that tests and questionnaires are not a purpose, but tools. This is why they are always followed by a debriefing interview. The aim is to help you to understand yourself better, to support critical reflection, to bring out new avenues to explore so that you can build your solutions.

Step #1: Test for individuals

Assessing your potential is crucial: assessing your potential, including your strengths and weaknesses, is necessary in order to draw up a viable personal development plan. This is why you must be demanding in terms of the quality and seriousness of the tools and methods used.

We work with a range of more than 100 psychometric tests that are recognized worldwide.

This evaluation phase is divided into two stages:

  • A counseling interview with the aim of determining with you the most relevant tests for your situation and your projects;

  • A multidimensional assessment of professional potential: in a world where changes have accelerated, it is essential to know yourself well to remain relevant. Making a multidimensional assessment provides a fine analysis of potential that enables informed decisions to be made.

Our assessment combines the mapping of all your skills with the evaluation of:

  • your intellectual abilities

  • your personality (including interests and motivation)

  • your 21st century key competences: critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence

Step #2: Shape for individuals

This tailor-made coaching phase will enable you to acquire or reshape the skills you need to realize your potential.

Following the "Test" phase or an initial diagnostic session, we will accompany you as closely as possible to give you the means to shape your professional life.

Adaptive, our methodology combines different modes of intervention (coaching, consulting, e-training, etc.) and is based on an integrative model (Solution-focused Approach, Narrative Practices, Systemic).

Like each person, each coaching is unique. The number of sessions will be determined with you according to your objectives. This is why, without a prior analysis of your request, it is not possible to pre-determine and therefore purchase these sessions online.
