TERMS OF USE OF TALENTIZZY WEBSITE

1-      INTRODUCTION

  • These terms of use apply to Services provided by Ipsidem Pte Ltd (“Company” or “we” or “us”) through the Talentizzy.com website.

  • Ipsidem Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company under the UEN (Unique Entity Number) 201837486G.

  • You may contact us at the following email address: contact@talentizzy.com.

  • These terms of use apply to the sale of any online test or pack and to subsequent Services.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing an online test and/or pack.

  • We may update these Terms of use from time to time and we recommend that you check prior to each order to ensure that you agree with them at the date of your order. If you place an order after we have published the changes on this Website, you will be bound by those changes.

  • For purchases via our website, by clicking on the “Accept” button you agree to the terms of this agreement, which will bind you.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must cease to continue to purchase any Services from us.

2-      DEFINITIONS

  • “Website” means by default our Talentizzy.com website. Any other website will be specifically designated.

  • “Services” are the services ordered by the customer using Talentizzy.com website, whatever their nature.

  • “Price” means the total price of service as paid by the Customer when ordering Services from the Company.

  • “Website” means Talentizzy.com website.

  • “You” or “Customer” means the individual purchaser or user of the Services.

  • “Online” means the electronic and IT means which are used by the Company and the Customer for purchasing and performing Services, whatever the nature of those means: Internet, VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) teleconferencing, video conferencing…

  • “Individuals” means Customers who are acting, placing purchase orders on the Website and getting Services from the Company for their own benefit. Synonyms are consumers or individual buyers, i.e. persons not looking for Services or buying Services from the Company for the benefit of an Enterprise.

  • “Organizations” means here legal entities that has legal rights and responsibilities. Those can be profit or non-profit entities and/or businesses that can enter into a contract either as a vendor or as supplier. Organizations and similar or close other entity denominations such Enterprise, Business or Corporate are not considered as Individuals and as such the terms and conditions explicitly applicable to Individuals below do not apply to Organizations.

  • “Business Day” here means a working day from Monday to Friday included, except for Public holidays in Singapore.

3-      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Talentizzy.com website is owned and operated by Ipsidem Pte. Ltd, represented by its CEO, Mrs Caroline MARECHAL.

  • Talentizzy® and Test & Shape® are registered trademarks of Ipsidem Pte Ltd.

  • The texts, videos and illustrations are the intellectual property of Ipsidem Pte Ltd, with the exception of images and brands belonging to its suppliers and partners.

  • Their reproduction, representation and exploitation is strictly forbidden, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written agreement of Ipsidem Pte Ltd.

4-      GENERAL PURCHASING AND SERVICES CONDITIONS

  • Nature of Talentizzy Services

    • All Services are exclusively purchased and fully performed Online for Individuals.

    • The actual Online means required for the performance of Services will be detailed and provided to the Customer by the Company upon receipt and validation of the payment of purchased Services.

    • Talentizzy Services are therefore fully remotely performed for Individuals.

    • Talentizzy Services can be on a case-by-case basis performed on-site for and with Organizations. Please contact us ate the following email address contact@talentizzy.com for more information.

  • Prices

    • Our prices for our Services tests, packages or sessions with our consultants (interviews, feedback) are in SGD currency only (Singapore Dollar or S$ in short).

    • Our Company is currently a non GST (Goods and Services Tax) registered business in Singapore, as per the provisions of First Schedule 1 (3) of Singapore Goods and Services Tax Act. As such our Company do not charge GST in the prices of our Services and as a result all our invoices reflect zero-value for VAT (Value Added Tax).

    • An online currency converter in some other usual currencies (USD/$, GBP/£, EUR/€) is provided for convenience at checkout stage, but it can by no means be considered as the actual value you will be charged in your local or selected currency eventually.

    • The Company reserves the right to modify its individual prices for Services, upward or downward, at any time. In particular should the Company have to be GST registered and should a non zero-rate apply to our Services, we would have to reflect the GST rate in the price of our Services. Please note that for Customers belonging outside Singapore, our Services should in that case be considered as GST zero-rated as per the current provisions of Singapore Goods and Services Tax Act Section 21(3)(j).

  • Payment options

    • All payments are made online exclusively through Stripe Online payments platform, in SGD currency only (Singapore Dollar or S$ in short). This solution is transparent and secured for Customers. More details on security at Stripe.

    • Please note that you will not be charged any additional service fee nor any conversion fee by Stripe during the transaction. Stripe service fees are borne by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the actual conversion rate which will be eventually applied by Stripe. Please check the Stripe website for more information on currency conversion rates applied.

    • Stripe payment process enables Customers to pay their purchase orders on Talentizzy Website with major credit cards:

      • Visa (credit and debit cards)

      • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

      • American Express

    • We can also accept Apple Pay thru Stripe from Customers checking out on a supported device.

    • If you experience any issue with payment, please contact us at the following address: contact@talentizzy.com.

  • By submitting an order on this web site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions detailed below:

    • Once the Services have been purchased online and your payment confirmed by Stripe, the order cannot be cancelled nor reimbursed.

    • Services as selected by the Customer shall be paid in full as per the total Price at checkout.

    • You will received an email from the Company, acknowledging the payment and purchase order within 1 (one) full Business Day (i.e. 24h) of the confirmation of payment by Stripe to the Company.

    • If the payment is confirmed by Stripe out of typical business hours on a Business Day, i.e. between 9am and 6pm (GMT+8), or on a non-Business Day, then the 24h start will occur on the next Business Day. Those provisions (start of period elapsing on next Business Day) apply similarly for other periods below.

    • For the tests directly ordered Online, you will receive a second email from the Company, within 2 (two) full Business Days (i.e. 48h) from the reception of the first acknowledgment email by the Customer. This second email will include the link for passing the test(s) Online. This email will indicate the maximum time allocated for passing the test online, typically 24hours. This email will also include any instruction you may require for passing the test on the test supplier platform and for receiving the results from the supplier platform, as selected by the Company for passing the test(s) Online and instructed to the Customer.

    • When tests are remotely supervised by Company test administrator through a webcam, the identity of test taker will be authenticated.

    • The selection of this supplier is the sole responsibility of the Company and the Company may at any time select another supplier for the same test, with at least similar credentials and quality for the Customers.

    • For the packs ordered Online, you will similarly receive a second email from the Company detailing the next steps and in particular, the proposed schedule and time slots for the interviews, tests and other sessions composing the pack.

      • You will be able to make an appointment with us directly on the agenda on the Website (Scheduling) for your first session and, if necessary, choose with us the tests best suited to your situation.

      • Within 2 Business Days following the debriefing session, with the exception of the "SHAPE" packages, written conclusions will be sent to you by e-mail

5-      AGE

  • To be able to purchase a service or register on our website, you must have reached the age of majority in your country: 21 years old in Singapore, 18 years old in France etc. Should we understand that any person below the age of majority has registered or ordered through this website we will immediately suppress any information related to this person.

  • By clicking on the “Accept” button during the checkout of your purchase order, you agree to the terms of this agreement and hence confirm that you are of age.

  • When a minor wishes to benefit from a service (test, package), his/her parents or a legal tutor can purchase a service on his/her behalf, specifying who the beneficiary is. The parents or the legal tutor must attend the first interview for a Package service as well as the last 15mn of the debriefing session. If applicable, report and explanation will also be provided to the parents for minors.

6-      TEST USE POLICY

  • We comply with the BPS (British Psychological Society) Code of Good Practices for Psychological Testing and the International Test Commission Guidelines on Computer-Based and Internet-Delivered testing. Our test policy is designed to provide candidates with standardized, fair, and equitable opportunities to demonstrate their potential.

  • Decision and choice of tests:

    • “Talentizzy”, an Ipsidem Private Limited registered trademark uses psychometrical tests, which are measures-based instruments able to be scored and administered.

    • Overall responsibility for tests choices, standards and use rests with the Company Founder & CEO, Mrs Caroline MARECHAL.

    • Tests are used by Ipsidem Pte Ltd trhu Talentizzy Website when it is relevant to measure abilities and skills personality in contexts such as:

      • Recruitment

      • Promotion

      • Development

      • Career guidance

      • Career coaching

      • …

    • The Company may select any partner listed under the Website “Our Team” page as deemed adequate for the performance of counselling or coaching Services as part of the Talentizzy solutions proposed (packs).

  • Fairness

    • Tests will be carefully chosen so as not to discriminate on the basis of sex, ethnicity, disability, age or religion.

    • When necessary, reasonable adjustments can be made (e.g. disabled candidates).

  • Confidentiality

    • You should refer to the Website Privacy Policy for details on the Personal Data protection and Privacy Policy terms.

    • All testing data as deemed necessary by the Company for the performance of the Services are stored within and accessed from a secured cloud IT solution.

    • No Customer test result and/or information will be disclosed to any third party except as duly accepted and/or proposed by the Customer. The Customers will have at all time control over the disclosure of data by priorly agreed informed consent.

    • All test results will be confidentially destroyed after 6 months (unless we receive specific instructions not to do so). They cannot be used for any purpose other than agreed with the related Customer and, where appropriate, with duly authorized third parties.

7-      DISCLAIMERS

  • We reserve the right to suspend this Website without notice for repair, maintenance or other technical reasons. Customers will be duly notified by email by the Company in case such events occur in the course of the execution of a Purchase Order with indications and proposals on remedy solutions.

  • The Services may contain links to websites that are not operated or controlled by the Company, whether for the Website operation & maintenance, for payment processing or other services. These links are either necessary for the operation of the Website and/or provided to you as a matter of convenience, and the Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of any linked websites and shall not be responsible for the content of any linked website. In addition, a link to any external website from the Website does not imply that the Company endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such website. Use of any external website is subject to its terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for exercising caution and good judgment when using external websites.

  • The Company holds no responsibility in the technical issues that the Customers may experience with regard to their own IT system (computer, tablet, mobile phone…), Internet access, operator subscription and connections or whatever technical glitch which may affect their access to the Website provided the Website is not undergoing repair or maintenance operations.

  • The same disclaimer applies for the Customer connection to external websites either directly from the Website or as deemed necessary for performing the tests (e.g. test editor or supplier platform). Customers are advised to report with no delay any such technical difficulty they may experience in passing Online tests by contacting us at the following email address: contact@talentizzy.com.

8-      RESTRICTIONS ON USE

  • The Services, including this Website may not be used for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Except as otherwise provided, the Website contents shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, adapted, modified or otherwise displayed or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of the Company.

9-      CLAIMS

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall at first instance take reasonable efforts to settle and resolve such disputes in good faith and in an amicable manner by negotiation.
